German Lit Month

Lizzy's Literary Life & Beauty is a Sleeping Cat

It's time to think about what to read for German Lit Month. I have a stack of possibilities. All, except the two on the top, are my personal copies.  The bottom of the stack has some anthologies which have some selections translated from German.

And, on my Kindle:

Shorter Days
by Anna Katharina Hahn; Anne Posten

I have put in library requests
for these two Joseph Roth books.

On Goodreads I have a German Lit shelf.  It includes the above titles, plus a number of things I have read over the years that might be of interest. There are two there that I actually read in German. Just for fun, I included Emil And The Detectives which is the only book I have read in German, in French, and in English.
